# Hoss

> Hoss is an AI-visibility agency. We measure what AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) tell customers about a business, fix the technical and content reasons the business is missing from those answers, and prove the change with a re-measured scoreboard every month.

Hoss serves US businesses — especially local service businesses (medical/dental/med spa, law firms) and B2B software companies — where AI assistants increasingly decide which two or three names a buyer ever sees.

## What Hoss does
- **Measure**: run a business's buyers' real questions across the major AI assistants (dozens of prompts, multiple runs) and record where the business is named, recommended, cited, who wins instead, and what AI states incorrectly about it.
- **Fix**: a scoped remediation of the causes — crawler/WAF access, page rendering, structured data, entity clarity, authority pages, and third-party citations engines already trust.
- **Prove**: re-run the same prompt suite monthly and report mention rate, recommendation rate, and citation share against named competitors.

## What makes Hoss different
Two layers: the visibility layer (the content evidence engines cite) and the engineering layer (crawler access, rendering, structured data, llms.txt, agent interfaces) that makes a site machine-legible in the first place. Most agencies only sell the first.

## Honesty
No one can guarantee AI citations. Hoss raises the probability that a business is retrieved, understood, and recommended, and publishes the scoreboard monthly.
